Yes because we’re committed to making you happy. Each Product is hand checked by a member of GLORIFY CASES before it goes out the door to ensure you get the best!
All our products are covered with Return and Refund policy So if you discover a misprint/damage/defect with the product you have received, please take Videos and pictures of the defect and contact us within 25 days upon receiving the order. The video and pictures of the product must show that the product is unused, has all the tags intact and we will work with you until you are Satisfied.
Please note All the Returns/Refunds will be issued only after the Products have been received and inspected by the team to confirm whether they meet our Return/Refund eligible criteria above.
All the Return packages and Shipping remain the responsibility of the customer until it is received by our team for Product Exchange. Therefore, the customer is advised to take necessary precautions by using registered and traceable services while returning the package.
Please note A fee of 4.95 will be deducted from the refund amount to your original payment and only one return or exchange transaction is permitted per order.
